Invoice Requests

If your workplace or university requires an invoice for the registration fees, please contact Amin Kamal Akhnoukh at JICsmartcities@ecu.edu and make sure to indicate your Name, Paper ID (s), Registration Type (participant/student etc,) and whom the invoice should be addressed (Name, University or Company and Address).

Guidelines and Registration rates for Egyptian Nationality:
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by a full regular rate registered author to qualify for publication in the conference proceedings

  • Authors with accepted paper should pay the fees maximum by December 12th  to ensure that their paper will be published.

  • Registration fees are given in the table below:

  • Workshops attendance will be free for conference participants, for information about the offered workshop please refer to the conference official website: https://www.jicsmartcities.com/workshops

  • One regular-rate registration is needed to cover the publication of only one accepted paper. In case of multiple accepted papers by the same “corresponding” author, the first regular-rate registration covers the first paper, and up-to four papers can be covered by additional fees as follows:
